Good New for Cricket Lovers – PSL 4 Official Schedule Released – 8 Matches will be Played in Pakistan

The release date of the highly anticipated fourth season of Pakistan Super League’s release date has just been announced by Pakistan Cricket Board.
The tournament will begin on the 14th of February, 2019 and will last till 17th of March, 2019. A total of 34 matches will take place over the course of the league with the first match being played by the defending champions Islamabad United Vs. Lahore Qalandars.
The first match will begin right after the opening ceremony in Dubai Cricket Stadium. Perhaps the most exciting bit of this year’s PSL is that as many as 8 matches are going to be played in Pakistan.
Out of 34 matches, 3 will be played in Lahore, while 5 will be played in Karachi. The final of PSL 4 will also be played in Karachi. This is huge news for Pakistani cricket fans as they will be able to see more of the league this year in their home country.

However, it is also disappointing to see that the matches are not being taken to other cities of the country. It was widely anticipated that some of the matches will be taking place in Rawalpindi, but from the schedule, it seems that isn’t the case anymore.
