Federal Minister for Communications and Postal Services Murad Saeed launches a mobile application today to facilitate its customers. Now the citizens will be able to track their parcels through using this Application
Pakistan Post Mobile App will allow citizens to track their parcels
The mobile application provides various features including track and trace, register complaint, postal services, tariff, postcodes, locate post office and contact us. The app will allow the customers to keep information about their parcels. The app is designed to upgrade the system of Pakistan Post according to the growing challenges of the digital world of today.
The minister said in a statement that the Pakistan Post Mobile App will help to increase the customers’ confidence in Pakistan Post along with facilitating them.
