Now Students can launch Complaints against Scholarships online

Students from throughout the country can now file grievances about educational scholarships with the Prime Minister’s Office via an online platform launched by Prime Minister Imran Khan.

As part of the Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) initiative established in 2018, the newly launched portal has been integrated with the PCP.

According to Prime Minister Imran Khan’s remarks, many types of federal and provincial scholarships are being offered by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

In order to help students and ensure that these funds are put to good use, the current federal government is working to consolidate all scholarships onto a single platform.

He went on to say that the Ehsaas Program is Pakistan’s largest-ever need-based scholarship programme. 50,000 meritorious students will get scholarships through 2023 as part of the plan.

According to official government estimates from 2019, the Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship Program will get Rs 24 billion in federal funding over the following four years. Scholarships for women and students with disabilities comprised 50 percent of the overall award pool.
