They described their gorgeous boys Jett and Jax as “cousins, genetic brothers, and quaternary twins” in an Instagram post.
Many people raced to the comments section, wondering as to how this could have happened. “Their mothers and fathers are identical twins,” one person explained. Both sets of parents subsequently had children. Both were generated using the same exact DNA.”
Then another added: “Identical twins possess the same DNA, and both parents are identical.” If this family performed an ancestry DNA test, these babies would be identified as siblings, not cousins!”
They married on August 5, 2018, share a home in Virginia, United States of America (United States), and are actively developing their children together.
Previously, the pair announced their pregnancy on their combined Instagram page, writing: “Guess what!!?? BOTH couples are expecting babies!”
“We are overjoyed and grateful to be experiencing overlapping pregnancies and to be able to share this news with you all!” the message concluded.
“Not only will our children be cousins, but they will also be complete genetic siblings and quaternary multiples! I’m so excited to meet them and for them to meet each other!”
