Presiding over the newly filed petition, the family court issued an official notice summoning Rajab Butt to submit his detailed written response by October 23.

After tying the knot in December 2024, the couple welcomed their infant son, Kivan Rajab Butt, before separating acrimoniously within twelve months. Despite behind-the-scenes attempts to salvage the domestic union, Rajab Butt publicly announced their irreconcilable rift and confirmed that divorce proceedings were fully finalized.
According to sworn court submissions, Emaan Fatima claims her parents provided extensive bridal gifts and dowry inventory worth Rs. 8,792,500 at the time of the wedding, assets that the influencer’s household has allegedly withheld. The petition highlights Rajab Butt’s prosperous digital presence and substantial commercial revenues, requesting the court to order Rs. 500,000 per month in child maintenance for Kivan until he reaches adulthood, coupled with Rs. 200,000 monthly to cover her own personal sustenance.
