Soon after the Pulwama terror attack, the Indian ban on l Pakistani actors in Bollywood created an uproar on both sides of the border.
The government of Pakistan also stated that Indian movies would not be released in Pakistan and affected the relationship between both countries.
All these decisions only made the situation worse and people were actually not happy about it.
A number of celebrities took to their social media accounts and shared their views on the ongoing tension. While some were in favor of the decision, some raised their voices against the unreasonable ban.
Recently, another Indian Popular Indian singer Mohit Chauhan decided to share his view on banning Pakistani artists in Bollywood.
While talking to an Indian website, the ‘Kun Faya Kun’ singer said:
As far as artistes from Pakistan go, the sentiments of the country were in that direction because if things are good and happy, the cultural exchange does happen, a whole lot of them. But if there’s tension, then obviously it comes down. Many a time, it’s not comfortable even for the artistes… it’s about the sentiment of the nation actually.
