In November last year, Jaime Goldsmith announced that she was going to make a romantic comedy film, which she is not only producing but also writing the story of the film herself. The film will be directed by Indian director Shekhar Kapoor, who also directed the popular Bollywood film ‘Mr India’.
The cast of the film will include Pakistani-born British actor Shahid Latif, British actress Lily James and Emma Thompson among others. Remember that Jaime Goldsmith has previously produced several documentaries and feature films.
There is no word yet on the story of the film written by Jemima Goldsmith, but there are reports that the story of the film revolves around the love and marriage of a British and South Asian couple and the story will be presented in a humorous way.
It is not clear when the film will be released, but it is likely that it will be released by the end of this year or early 2022.
