Pakistani actress and host Nadia Khan shares her profound regret over declining a pivotal role in Shoaib Mansoor’s acclaimed film, ‘Bol,’ revealing the personal reasons behind her decision.
Renowned television host and actress Nadia Khan recently opened up about a significant career regret: refusing a role in Shoaib Mansoor’s critically acclaimed film, Bol. Her candid revelation on the show Kya Drama Hai has sparked considerable discussion among fans and industry insiders alike, highlighting the complex decisions celebrities often face.

Nadia Khan is a household name in Pakistani entertainment, celebrated for her diverse roles in dramas such as Des Pardes, Bandhan, and Aesi Hai Tanhai. Beyond acting, she commands attention with her bold opinions on current affairs and dramas through shows like Kya Drama Hai and Rise & Shine. Her digital footprint is equally impressive, with a popular YouTube channel, OutStyle with Nadia, and a substantial 2.6 million followers on Instagram.

During her appearance, Khan shared the poignant reason behind her decision: “I regret refusing Bol to Shoaib Mansoor. It was unavoidable, and the role was later done by Humaima Malick. I wanted to do it; I should have done it. I disappointed Shoaib Mansoor Sahab. He convinced me so much, but due to family issues, there was a fight at my home when I got the offer. I also couldn’t do it because the other person was not understanding my point of view. I didn’t have a strong relationship; it was my ex-husband who didn’t let me do the movie.” Co-panelist Atiqa Odho quipped, “It was time for you to take a divorce from your husband,” while Mukarram Kaleem added, “You should have spoken up because the movie’s name was Bol—Speak Up.”

The revelation has elicited a spectrum of reactions from fans, with many acknowledging Humaima Malick’s powerful portrayal in the role, suggesting she delivered absolute justice to the character.
