The record-breaking ARY Digital drama Dar-e-Nijaat expands its global footprint with an Arabic release on MBC Bollywood.
Pakistani drama serial Dar-e-Nijaat has officially crossed international borders, securing a broadcast premiere on Middle Eastern satellite channel MBC Bollywood scheduled for 6 December 2026. Written by famed playwright Umera Ahmed and directed by Saqib Khan under 3’s Entertainment, the hit ARY Digital show generated an astounding 1.7 billion views across digital edits, clips, and full episodes. MBC Bollywood revealed an Arabic promo on their official social channel, confirming the show’s arrival due to overwhelming viewer demand across the region.

The emotional narrative centers around the life transitions of protagonists Zaryab, Zamil, and Abu Bakar, brought to life by a stellar cast featuring Sheheryar Munawar, Dur-e-Fishan Saleem, and Nameer Nawaz Khan. Lead actor Sheheryar Munawar has continuously solidified his status as one of Pakistan’s premier television stars, delivering memorable performances across romantic sagas and intense family dramas. Working alongside powerhouse performer Dur-e-Fishan Saleem, the duo created an undeniable onscreen chemistry that resonated deeply with viewers across Asia.

The Middle Eastern channel, known primarily for showcasing vintage Pakistani hits alongside Indian cinema, made an exception for the current blockbuster following relentless fan requests. Arab audiences expressed immense excitement online, with many revealing in comment sections that they shifted their daily viewing preferences from Indian soap operas to Pakistani productions after discovering this series. Pakistani fans celebrated the milestone across social platforms, noting that the acclaimed drama previously dominated ratings in Pakistan, India, and neighboring Asian nations before expanding into the Middle East.

As the Arabic dub prepares to hit screens this winter, the global success of the series highlights the rising international appeal of Pakistani television storytelling. Will this unprecedented Middle Eastern reception open doors for more contemporary Pakistani dramas on mainstream Arab satellite networks?
