Rising television star Shahvir Kadwani sparks a viral reaction online after mimicking Shah Rukh Khan’s signature pose in a recent rooftop video.
Emerging television actor Shahvir Kadwani triggered an intense wave of online mockery after posting a rooftop video recreating Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s trademark gesture. The brief clip, set to the popular romantic melody “Gerua”, showcased the newcomer replicating the Indian megastar’s expansive arm-spread and passionate expressions against the open sky, instantly igniting backlash across social channels.
Having officially debuted in October 2024 through the emotional drama Sunn Mere Dil alongside veteran star Mohammad Ahmed, Shahvir Kadwani quickly secured prominent screen time. He currently appears as the volatile second lead opposite Aina Asif in Geo TV’s hit serial Mohabbat, a production that has already achieved more than 100 million views across broadcasts and promotional teasers.
Rather than captivating audiences, the theatrical rooftop tribute met scathing commentary from viewers tired of recycled romantic tropes. Commenters targeted his posture and intensity with sarcastic jabs, with several teasing that the comment section offered far more originality than the video itself, while others playfully offered apologies to Bollywood’s Arjun Kapoor or labeled Kadwani an actor devoid of admirers.
Despite continuous critique for channeling the brooding archetypes popularized by stars like Feroze Khan and Danish Taimoor, Kadwani is already mapping out long-term ambitions in television production. Whether this viral social media storm will temper his performance choices or steel his resolve remains the burning question for Pakistani drama enthusiasts.
