Previously, the 32-year-old revealed her fitness secrets, revealing that she moves her body every day but admits that not every day is ideal for a workout. During the interview, she admitted to performing a 15-minute workout to maintain her fitness level.
“I do 15-minute workouts that require little or no equipment and can be done anytime, anywhere, especially when traveling,” she explains. “I usually focus on two to four of these 15-minute workouts on either the core, the entire body, HIIT, cardio, or the upper and lower body. “Anything is better than nothing, so do something, even if all you have is 15 minutes,” she advised.
