Babrik Shah clears the air on his viral comments regarding Imran Abbas and film aura during his recent appearance on the AK Buzz podcast.
Actor Babrik Shah has recently stepped back into the spotlight after winning Tamasha Season 5, making waves across local entertainment channels. Following his reality television victory, the actor addressed his previously controversial remarks about industry colleagues during an interview on the AK Buzz podcast.
Having launched his professional journey in Pakistani cinema, Babrik Shah later transitioned into television dramas before taking an extended hiatus from active screen projects over recent years. His career spans several feature films and television productions, establishing his standing as an experienced performer in the local media industry.
During his podcast appearance, the actor clarified his recent critical statements where he categorized fellow actor Imran Abbas as a non-film artist lacking cinematic aura, while also raising questions regarding the team behind The Legend of Maula Jatt. Shah stated that his comments represented a purely technical analysis of cinema craft rather than personal attacks, emphasizing that viewers and peers should take his observations constructively rather than making them an ego issue.
With his recent reality show victory renewing widespread interest in his career, audience members remain curious to see whether his candid commentary will lead to new silver screen projects. Will Shah’s straightforward perspective on film technicalities pave the way for an active cinematic comeback?
