During the show, when questioned about the availability of talented writers and musicians for Pakistani films, Dr. Adil did not mince words. He asserted, “Pakistan lacks good story writers and storytellers. Most of the recent films flopped because of bad scripts. The basis of a film is its script.” He then directly addressed Vasay Chaudhary, stating, “First of all, I would request a few people to leave the industry respectfully because it’s not a job they are capable of. Young writers can write wonderful scripts, but Vasay Chaudhary is not among these young writers. Neither are you young, nor are you a writer.” He further alleged that Chaudhary’s recent film was “miserable,” suggesting it was merely an excuse for a “vacation in the United Kingdom” where he gave himself a character “inspired by Johnny Depp.”
